Instant Good Mood
A couple of months ago I wrote a post entitled Instant Bad Mood, a list of diverse situations that prompt the sudden and unavoidable onset of crabbiness. Included in that list was something my husband loves to do that drives me insane. Brad has a habit of queing up a video clip he finds humorous -- say a sketch from SNL-- and then cajoling me into watching it at 11 p.m., 4.5 seconds before I'm about to head upstairs to bed. I have to say, I am least likely to find SNL funny 4.5 seconds before I'm about to tuck myself into bed.
Anyway, Brad cajoled me into watching this particular video a couple of weeks ago. I huffed and puffed and moaned and groaned about having to watch yet another stupid, totally-not-funny clip, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I not only loved watching this scene, it also prompted a new and delicious feeling in me: Instant Good Mood.
Perhaps you've seen this before. Maybe it's been around for 17 years and these quadruplets are now driving and sassing back to their mom -- I tend to be a bit behind the times in all things technological -- but still, it's worth watching again. Enjoy your taste of Instant Good Mood for the day.

Thanks Michelle, I needed that!

If only Brad could be so funny? :) Thanks, Michelle! Just what I needed at the end of a very tough day.
